Getting Started Made Easy

 

Setting up NateoTime takes only a few steps:

  1. Install the NateoTime app on your mobile device.
  2. Create your team account. You will also receive a link for browser access by email.
  3. Add team members (with part-time schedules, individual break rules, etc. if needed).
  4. Optional: Create projects (cost centers) and assign team members.
  5. Select a holiday calendar and adjust holidays if necessary.
  6. Invite your team: each person can scan their individual login code directly with their NateoTime app.

 

That’s it — you’re ready to go. As an admin, you can set up time tracking terminals, adjust holidays, approve time corrections and vacation requests, download data, and more at any time.
